Antoine Imberti is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Bylateral, where he brings over a decade of experience in financial leadership, strategic finance, and scaling fintech ventures. With a background spanning private equity, digital banking, and startup finance, Antoine plays a pivotal role in architecting Bylateral’s financial and operational infrastructure as it reshapes fiat settlement for the institutional crypto ecosystem.

Antoine began his career at Deloitte and EY, advising some of Europe’s largest private equity and real estate funds. He later transitioned into high-impact fintech roles, serving as CFO of Bloom Group, a pan-European SME lender, where he helped lead the company through multiple funding rounds and operational scale-ups. He also has held many roles as a fractional CFO firm supporting venture-backed startups across Series A–C stages.

Throughout his career, Antoine has been trusted by high-growth ventures to guide strategic fundraising, financial planning, and investor relations. His portfolio includes supporting a £40M Series B for a UK fintech, a $100M joint venture between a European telco and PE firm, and multiple successful cross-border financial structuring efforts.

At Bylateral, Antoine is leveraging this deep well of experience to ensure institutional-grade compliance, capital efficiency, and financial scalability - powering the platform’s mission to become the fiat infrastructure backbone for crypto-native institutions.
